When a Vision Is Too Big to Explain 

How following the threads led me to the Soulful Wisdom Academy and the Sophianic Spiral of the Dragon Rose.

Have you ever carried a vision that felt so big you couldn't quite explain it?

A dream that arrived through quiet whispers, signs, synchronicities, or those moments when something deep inside simply said, Trust this.

So you did.

You followed the thread.

Not because you knew where it was leading, but because something within you knew it mattered.

The strange thing about a vision is that, while it's still forming, it rarely makes sense to anyone else. Sometimes it doesn't even make sense to you. It's only when enough of it has taken physical form that you can finally stand back and say, Ah… now I see it.

I think that's where I've arrived.

The hardest part of creating something from the heart isn't the work itself. It's trusting something that doesn't yet exist. It's building something that people can't quite see because you're still building it yourself.

Traditional marketing tells us to speak to people's pain. To begin with everything that's wrong before offering the solution.

I've never been able to do that.

Not because I haven't known darkness. Many of the deepest pieces of my work have been born from those places.

But I don't stay there.

I'm far more interested in curiosity.

In following the thread.

In trusting what keeps calling you.

In discovering what becomes possible when you follow it.

Perhaps that's why so many of you have found your way here.

You're seekers.

You notice the signs.

You follow the synchronicities.

You long to trust your intuition more deeply, even when part of you wonders if it's simply your imagination.

I know that feeling well.

When the dragons first appeared in my own life, I questioned everything.

Could this really be happening?

Was I imagining it?

Yet I kept listening.

One message became another, and another. Those messages eventually became the Dragon Wisdom Codes Oracle. They led to books, courses, circles and a way of understanding the world that continues to unfold today.

Looking back now, I realise the dragons weren't simply appearing.

They were teaching me how to trust.

A few weeks ago, while leading the Wild Woman Retreat with Caroline Mitchell on the Shetland Islands, and later sitting quietly within the Ring of Brodgar in Orkney, another thread revealed itself.

For many years I've been exploring what I now call the Sophianic Spiral of the Dragon Rose.

To me, Sophia teaches that wisdom doesn't arrive all at once.

We first expand outwards.

We seek.

We explore.

We gather.

We follow the threads that call us through nature, mythology, folklore, signs, synchronicities and every teacher we meet along the way.

Then, at some point, the spiral turns.

We begin the journey back inwards.

Everything we've gathered is no longer simply knowledge.

It becomes embodied wisdom.

As I lay on the earth at the Ring of Brodgar, feeling completely held by the land beneath me, I suddenly realised that what I'd thought were separate fragments of my work were never fragments at all.

They were simply different threads of the same spiral.

Dragons.

Nature.

The sacred feminine.

Books.

Oracle cards.

Plants.

Courses.

The podcast.

The essays.

Each one had been leading me back to the same place.

And for the first time, I could finally see the shape of what I'd been building all along.

The Soulful Wisdom Academy isn't a new direction.

It's the place where all of those threads finally come together.

The Soulful Wisdom Podcast and these essays are where I continue to explore the Sophianic Spiral of the Dragon Rose through mythology, folklore, symbolism and the wisdom hidden within the stories that continue to call us.

The Publishing House is home to my books, journals, workbooks and the Dragon Wisdom Codes Oracle.

And the Apothecary is quietly taking shape as I return to working with herbs, plants and the wisdom of the natural world.

Everything belongs because everything grows from the same roots.

Everything stems from the Sophianic Spiral of the Dragon Rose.

Everything has one purpose.

To help you recognise, trust and embody your own inner wisdom.

As this clarity arrived, something else became clear too.

Many of you know me through the dragons.

The dragons awaken wisdom.

They invite us to remember what has always been within us.

But remembering is only the beginning.

The next part of the journey is learning to embody that wisdom.
