Soul Series: Introductory Study
A structured introduction to understanding the language of your soul.
The Soul Series is a collection of standalone introductory courses designed to bring clarity to spiritual language, perception, energy and the sacred arts.
Each course explores a different doorway into intuitive awareness such as signs and synchronicities, subtle energy, soul guidance, discernment and spiritual awakening.
These teachings are intentionally simple and concise. Each course contains short, bite-sized audio lessons with reflections, journaling prompts and a guided meditation. I created them this way because when my own journey began, I often felt overwhelmed by large amounts of spiritual information. Sometimes a small piece of understanding is far more helpful than hours of content.
The Soul Series can support those at the beginning of their journey, but many people also find themselves returning to these teachings later with a deeper layer of perception. As awareness evolves, the same ideas such as signs, energy and discernment can begin to reveal new meaning.
