Our Monthly ...

Intuitive Development Workshops are a sacred, hands-on space for exploring and expanding your intuitive abilities in a deeper, more active way.

Rather than a weekly meditation or sharing circle, these monthly workshops offer time and space to fully immerse yourself in learning, practising, and integrating a range of intuitive and psychic techniques. Meeting monthly allows each session to be more experiential, focused, and embodied, supporting genuine development rather than surface-level exploration.

Held in my healing room near Fordingbridge in the New Forest, each session includes a guided meditation and structured practices designed to deepen your spiritual connection and strengthen trust in your inner guidance.

Together, We Explore

Scrying with water, mirrors, or crystals to reveal hidden insights
Card Reading using Tarot and oracle decks to channel messages from spirit
Messages from Spirit, receiving guidance and impressions in a meditative state
Feather, Fabric, Flower, and Aura Readings to sense energy and meaning through everyday objects and personal energy fields
Other Techniques, including remote viewing, psychometry (reading the energy of objects), guided meditations, and partnered exercises to strengthen intuitive awareness

Each workshop is practical, interactive, and supportive, allowing you to build confidence through direct experience rather than observation alone.

When We Meet

We gather on the first Wednesday of each month, from 10:00am to 12:30pm, creating a fun, nurturing, and encouraging environment in which to explore, practise, and grow together.

Join a Workshop

Intuitive Development Workshop:

Wednesday 9th September 2026 10-12:30pm

We'll be exploring flower reading, using a flower as an intuitive focus and noticing what we begin to perceive through its colour, shape, energy, symbolism and the information that comes through as we work with it.

You don't need any previous experience. In fact, part of intuitive development is learning to notice what you receive before the mind steps in with “I'm probably just making that up.”

We'll practise together, explore what comes through and talk about how to begin distinguishing intuitive information from imagination.

And you'll have your flower to take home with you afterwards. 🌸

This year, Nicola Brettell-Smith, founder of Soulful Wisdom Academy, and Suzanne York the New Forest Mystic come together to offer a gentle, pilgrimage-style day of connection with the living landscape of Avalon.

Journey into Avalon: The Apple and the Rose is a one-day immersive experience rooted in walking, listening, and embodied remembrance. Rather than learning about Avalon, you are invited to move with it through land, symbol, and sensation.

Working with the ancient energies of the Apple and the Rose, this day explores themes of rebirth, renewal, heart-led remembering, and the quiet intelligence held within sacred places. The apple carries the hidden star, a symbol of sacred geometry and life coming back into form. The rose holds the wisdom of the spiral, of Venus, the Tor, and the heart, inviting opening through presence rather than effort.

The day unfolds as a conscious walk through some of Glastonbury’s most resonant landscapes, held in a grounded ceremonial field that supports attunement, reflection, and integration.

Places are intentionally limited to keep the group intimate, spacious, and well held.
